I am afraid I cannot read your post, so please forgive this irrelevant comment, but I am wondering if you might help me with something? A few friends and I are gathering to reflect on yoga (more and more people I know are dedicating themselves to the practice) and I wonder if you might have some recommendations (for someone as ignorant as me) of books/or articles that might give me an introduction to yoga/history/its relationship to Zen?
